Services
PivotPoint Consulting, operated by Dr. Corrie Wilder, offers the following services:
Keynote speaking at conferences, corporate events, and organizational gatherings
Workshops for teams and organizations, delivered in-person or virtually
Coaching for individual professionals on a limited-availability basis
Digital products including workbooks available for purchase through this site or through our Etsy shop (PivotPointPress)
Specific terms for each engagement — including scope, deliverables, and timeline — are confirmed in writing prior to the start of any paid work.
Booking and Payment
Speaking and workshop engagements are confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement and deposit, as specified in your individual engagement agreement.
Coaching engagements are confirmed upon receipt of payment for the agreed session package.
Prices for all services are provided upon inquiry and are subject to change. Pricing for digital products is as listed at the time of purchase.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Speaking and Workshops: Cancellation terms are outlined in your individual engagement agreement. In general, deposits are non-refundable within 30 days of the event date.
Coaching: Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be forfeited. We will make every reasonable effort to reschedule when possible.
Digital Products: Because our workbooks are digital downloads, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue with your purchase, please contact us and we'll make it right.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including but not limited to blog posts, frameworks, workbooks, presentation materials, and the Shift-Left Communication methodology — is the intellectual property of Dr. Corrie Wilder and PivotPoint Consulting.
You are welcome to share links to content on this site and to quote briefly with attribution. Reproduction, republication, or commercial use of any content without written permission is not permitted.
